“We are proud that you have chosen Piroozy Hotel. You can make a reservation for your desired room directly through our hotel’s online booking system at www.piroozyhotel.com.

The most important rules of the hotel and online reservation for your convenience are as follows:

Reservation Rules:

• Check-in time is at 02:00 p.m. If a guest arrives at the hotel between 7:00 a.m and 02:00 p.m and a room is available, 50% of the room rate for one night will be charged, and entry before 7:00 AM will incur a full charge.
• Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. If a guest wishes to use the room after 12:00 p.m, they are required to pay a half-day fee, and from 12:00 p.m to 06:00 p.m, 50% of the room rate will be charged. Any stay beyond 06:00 p.m will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the room rate.
• The guest must provide the exact reservation date, and stays longer than 10 nights require confirmation and coordination with the hotel. Please note that changing the date incurs cancellation fees within a specific time frame.
• Reservation is confirmed only upon full payment for the requested number of nights and obtaining a tracking ID from the hotel’s website and reservation system. It is emphasized that guest reservation confirmation is subject to obtaining a tracking code by the system, which will be notified to the guest once the final payment process is completed, and the reservation will be final after full payment.
• Pricing criteria in the system are based on the displayed rate on the website at the time of booking and may vary at different times.
• The announced rate includes the room’s base price, breakfast, a 15% service charge, 9% tax, and legal fees.
• The minimum age for individual room reservation is 18 years. If the booking person is younger, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
• Changing the name for a registered reservation is not possible, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose name the reservation is under.
• Infants up to 2 years old are admitted free of charge. Additionally, for children between 2 and 6 years old, if an extra bed is not required, half the extra bed charge will be received, while children aged 6 and above are considered adults.
• Failure to comply with the rules stated on the website, the hotel will not be responsible for refunding the payment.
• Other regulations comply with the hotel reservation law of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization and relevant authorities.
• Other regulations for online reservations comply with the Electronic Commerce Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation must be communicated through the cancellation request sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellation penalties for reserved rooms up to 72 hours before guest arrival are not subject to any penalties.
• Cancellation penalties for reserved rooms are 50% 48 hours before arrival, 70% 24 hours before arrival, and 100% of one night’s reserved room on the arrival day.
• Cancellation due to insufficient guest documentation on the day of arrival is subject to a 100% penalty.
• Online reservations through the hotel’s official website are non-cancelable.
• For group reservations (10 rooms or more), a face-to-face negotiation is required to inquire about reservation conditions and cancellation rules.
• If canceled reservations include refund conditions, the deposited amount will be refunded within ten business days upon coordination with the financial department.

Hotel’s Internal Regulations:

• Required documents for Iranian guests’ admission: Original ID card, passport, or national card. Organizational cards, driver’s licenses, service end cards, etc., are “not acceptable” for hotel stays.
• Required documents for foreign guests’ admission: Original passport along with visa and entry stamp to Iran with validity dates.
• It should be noted that for Iranian couple admissions, carrying an ID card and national card is mandatory.
• If presenting a marriage certificate, it must have a prominent stamp from the Judiciary or an official marriage and divorce registry stamp.
• The spouse must have an ID card with divorce or deceased explanations on the second page.
• According to the hotel’s regulations, in case of incomplete identification documents and failure to verify identity, acceptance is not possible, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
• The hotel does not accept any kind of pets.
• It is not possible to hold meetings in rooms and suites. If you wish to hold a meeting, please contact the hotel’s sales and marketing department.
• All guests are required to comply with Islamic customs and hotel’s internal regulations. In case a guest causes damage to the hotel’s property, the estimation of the cost is the responsibility of the hotel, and the guest is obliged to pay the assessed cost.
• For the safety and comfort of the hotel’s resident guests, accompanying guests are “prohibited” from entering the “floors”. It is understood that guests can meet their accompanying guests in the hotel lobby.”
