If the guest checks in from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 50% of the room rate will be charged, and check-in before 7:00 AM will be charged in full .<\/li>\n<li>The room must be vacated at 12:00 PM, and if the guest wishes to use the room after 12:00 PM,they are required to pay the half check-out fee, which is from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and 50% of the room rate for one night will be charged .<\/li>\n<li>The booker is required to enter the exact date of their reservation, and stays of more than 10 nights are subject to confirmation and coordination with the hotel. It should be noted that changing the date includes cancellation penalties within the time period .<\/li>\n<li>Reservations are only valid if full payment is made for the number of nights requested and a tracking ID is obtained from the site and the hotel reservation. It is emphasized that confirmation of the guest&#8217;s reservation is subject to obtaining a tracking code by the system. This code will be announced to the guest when the deposit process is finalized and the reservation will be finalized after full payment .<\/li>\n<li>The price criteria in the system are based on the rate displayed on the site at the time of booking and may vary over different time periods .<\/li>\n<li>The announced rate, as officially approved by the Hoteliers Association, includes the base room price, breakfast, 15% service charge, 10% tax and legal fees .<\/li>\n<li>The minimum age for booking a room individually is 18 years. If the person making the reservation is under the age limit, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be given .<\/li>\n<li>It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose name the reservation is in .<\/li>\n<li>Admission is free for infants up to 2 years old. Also, between 2 and 6 years old, if no extra bed is needed, half the price of the extra bed will be charged, and from 6 years old and above they are considered adults .<\/li>\n<li>If the rules stated on the site are not followed, the hotel will not be responsible for refunding the money .<\/li>\n<li>Other rules are in accordance with the Hotel Reservation Law of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization and related authorities .<\/li>\n<li>Other online reservation rules are in accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation conditions :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation must be notified by sending a cancellation request to the same email address registered when making the reservation .<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation penalties for rooms booked up to 72 hours before the guest&#8217;s arrival are not subject to any penalties.<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation penalty for rooms booked 48 hours before arrival is 50%, 24 hours before the guest&#8217;s arrival is 70%, and on the day of arrival is 100% of the room booked .<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations due to incomplete guest documents on the day of arrival are 100% definite.\n<\/li>\n<li>Online reservations through the hotel&#8217;s main website have no cancellation policy .<\/li>\n<li>If you request group reservations (10 rooms or more), in-person negotiation is required to learn about reservation conditions and cancellation policies .<\/li>\n<li>If the cancellation of the reservation includes refund conditions, the deposit amount will be refunded within ten business days in coordination with the financial affairs .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Hotel internal rules :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The documents required for Iranian guests for admission are: original ID card, original passport, or original national ID card. Organization cards, certificates, end-of-service cards, etc. are \u201cunacceptable\u201d for hotel accommodation<\/li>\n<li>The required document for accepting foreign guests is the original passport with visa and entry stamp into Iran with validity and expiration date .<\/li>\n<li>It should be noted that for the acceptance of Iranian couples, it is mandatory to have an identity card and national ID card .<\/li>\n<li>If a marriage certificate is submitted, it must have the prominent seal of the judiciary or the seal of the official marriage and divorce registry .<\/li>\n<li>The wife must have an identity card with details of divorce or death on the second page .<\/li>\n<li>According to hotel rules, if the identification documents are incomplete or the identity is not verified, admission is not possible and the fee paid will not be refunded .<\/li>\n<li>The hotel does not accept any type of pets .<\/li>\n<li>It is not possible to hold meetings in rooms and suites. If you wish to hold a guest meeting, please contact the hotel&#8217;s sales and marketing department .<\/li>\n<li>All guests are required to observe Islamic etiquette and the hotel&#8217;s internal rules. If a guest causes damage to the hotel&#8217;s property, the hotel will be responsible for the estimated cost, and the guest is required to pay the expert&#8217;s fee .<\/li>\n<li>In order to maintain the safety and comfort of the guests staying at the hotel, the guest&#8217;s companion is not allowed to enter the floor.
